The Nati 90 is an independent Cincinnati viewing guide. We collect only the information we need to operate the guide — nothing more.
What we collect
- Venue claim submissions: when a venue operator claims their listing, we collect the email address, name, role at the venue, optional phone number, and any proof notes they provide.
- Venue suggestions: when someone submits a venue we haven’t listed yet, we collect the submitter’s name, email, and the venue details they share.
- Authentication data: if a venue owner logs in to manage their listing, Supabase Auth stores a session cookie. We don’t store passwords (login is magic-link only).
- Server logs: standard hosting logs (IP, user agent, request path, timestamp) retained by Vercel for routine operations. We don’t analyze or share these.
What we don’t collect
- We don’t track visitors with third-party analytics.
- We don’t set advertising cookies. We don’t sell ads.
- We don’t share, sell, or rent your information to third parties.
- We don’t fingerprint visitors or build behavioral profiles.
How we use the information
Solely to operate the guide: review and approve venue claims, contact submitters about their suggested venue, send transactional email (claim confirmations, match-day reminders if a venue opts in). We don’t use the information for marketing without consent.
We send transactional email via Resend. Recipients can reply directly or unsubscribe from optional notifications at any time. We don’t send promotional email.
Data deletion
Email hello@thenati90.com and we’ll delete any record you submitted within 7 days. If you’re a venue, claim submissions associated with your listing can be removed on request.
Children
The Nati 90 isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
